BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Main bedroom has KS bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower and loo. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have 2 single beds each. Bathroom 2 has a tub and shower, separate loo, bathroom 3 has a shower and separate loo.

LIVING SPACES

Large kitchen, scullery and laundry area. Open plan dining room and lounge. Huge games room/sun lounge. Braai area and spacious, rambling garden for pet guests. For groups larger than 8, the Acorn and Kyah-de-luxe will be used.

AMENITIES

Towels and bedding, DSTV, Wifi, Woodburning heater, Electric blankets, Weber and traditional braai.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Guests will have the entire house.
Bethel is pet friendly.
The Acorn and the Kyah-de-Luxe are separate buildings to the main house.

RATES

Standard: R3125 per night, for up to 5 guests. Extra guests (Bethel can host up to 13 guests) at R590 per person per night. Minimum stays of 2 nights.

High Season: Rates and minimum stays vary.

Stays during the week days, single night and long term stays can be arranged on request. 50% deposit to be paid to confirm the booking, balance due 2 weeks before check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund if cancellation is made within 48 hrs of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away.

50% refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before check in.

No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
